July 17 - It's Raining....It's Pouring

No letter this week, but here's her quick weekly happening.

hahahah here´s a pic of me yesterday!! i practically died! i was running to the bus stop and i fell and lost my shoes!! so here´s a pic of me, trying to stay dry in the pouring rain without shoes!

July 10 - Happy Week!!!!

well this week was super super crazy but i was SO happy!

• THE FAM CASTILLO GOT BAPTIZED (they´re the best converts I´m ever going to have!!)
• I had 4 different companions this week! But my companion for suresies is Hermana Meza from Peru! 
• I watched a piggy die this week :( I can never eat bacon the same now!!!
• We did a HUGE planning session as a zone on Saturday and we all finished with pizza!
• We went to the beach today with the new district! And guess what? I´m the only gringa :)) hahah looks like I´ll be speaking English all by myself lol :( 
• We found another cute little family that seems to be progressing pretty quickly! quick prays to the Ramos fam!
• andddd this week was full of meetings and buses (because like I said, my mission from now on will only be in bus due to so much traveling!!!) but it´s okay because i love getting to know the cute hermanas that we have in the zone!

well everyone, i love you all! i hope your faith in Christ has grown, like my love for all of you! I pray for you and your families! I hope you all had a happy week full of celebration and joy!

i know that Christ lives. this is His Church. He is the head and he leads us through His example! Read the Book of Mormon if you haven´t! It changes lives! Invite others to come unto Christ. And give of service to others. Do what Christ would do you and you will lead yourself to a bright future! i love being a missionary, and i absolutely love helping other people find the light that a lot of people lack!

July 3 - Jalapeno in my eye......AND Balloon blew up in my eye....2 different events

well i have like 2 minutes to write so here´s some things that happened this week!

• i bit into a jalepeño pepper and i practically died... and then i touched my eye and that´s def when i thought things were done for me hhaha
• we did a distrcit activity up in the elder´s area, and it was SUPER fun! we jsut passed out books of mormon and everyone was super interested in who we were and what we were doing!
• Hermana Rosas found out she´s gonna train, sooo she left to Mazate on Saturday :( but I´m with Hermana Cortes for a couple of days and she´s super awesome!!
• we had 2 suprise bday cakes for hna rosas because it was her bday!!
• the familia Castillo got married on friday!!!!!! they´re getting baptized this friday!!
• THE FAM FLORES GOT BAPTIZED! Now the fam of 6 is all active and willing to take on anything in the true church!
• we moved houses and it was SUPER dirty, yuck!
• anddddd i´m getting a new companion tomorrow! 

well, i love this church, i love Christ and i love being a missionary! 

invite all of your friends and fam to come unto christ! it´s the best thing that they´ll ever do in their entire lives!

but then i touched my eye and i got JALEPEÑO IN MY EYE!!!

 

happy birthday hna rosas and ANOTHER THING HAPPENED TO MY EYE

I was blowing up a balloon and it EXPLODED in my eye, so there´s my eye 30 minutes before the wedding that I CUTELY DECORATED

 

 

 

 

 

June 26 - Party In Heaven

this week there were 5 baptisms in our branch! thanks to the elders and their cute fam of 2, and with our 3 baptisms, we reached our goals for this month!

i love the mission. it´s the best thing ever!!

okay, this week was crazy, we´ve been working a ton with 2 different families and we´re finding SO much success with them! they´re all going to get baptized these next 2 weeks! please send your prayers this way!! thank you allllll :) 

transfers are next week, i´m hoping that hermana rosas and i don´t get seperated!!! we´re seeing SO many miracles, and we´re finding the right people at the right time! but, everything in the Lord´s timing, right??

this week was full of miracles. we met a ton of positive people, and we def had our trials this week, but nothing stopped us from working our tails off! haha :) 

well, really nothing crazy happened! just a another fun week with my bff of a companion hermana rosas. she´s seriously the best, you guys all need to meet her!!!!

okay, well, i know that Jesus is the Christ. He lives. He is the light! Follow the light and we will be guided through our entire life!
